Wilcom EmbroideryStudio is professional production software and benefits from a properly specified Windows PC. Check the minimum and recommended requirements below before purchasing, installing or upgrading your software.
For comfortable everyday use—particularly when working with complex designs, CorelDRAW graphics or multiple applications—we recommend aiming for the recommended specification rather than the minimum.
Processor: Intel Core i7 or i9, 13th or 14th generation, or AMD Ryzen 7 or 9, 8000 or 9000 Series
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 11, 64-bit, with the latest updates
Memory: 32 GB RAM or more; DDR5 recommended
Graphics: Dedicated graphics card with at least 4 GB graphics memory, such as an NVIDIA RTX 4060 or AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT
Storage: 1 TB NVMe solid-state drive or larger
Free disk space: 100 GB or more
Monitor: Two Full HD 1920 × 1080 monitors or higher; 4K optional
Browser: Latest version of Edge, Chrome or Firefox
Mouse: USB or Bluetooth mouse
